Lama, founder of Lamama
Meet Lama

Hi, I'm Lama

I'm a coach and mother who helps parents build emotionally intelligent families through awareness and simple daily tools. My work sits at the intersection of child psychology, emotional regulation, and the real, textured lives of Middle Eastern mothers.

I built Lamama because I know how isolating early motherhood can feel — especially when you're educated, ambitious, and holding culture, career, and family all at once. You don't need to be perfect. You need tools, warmth, and someone in your corner.

What Guides Me

The Values I Coach By

Everything Lamama does is rooted in four unshakeable beliefs about what mothers and children truly need.

Understanding

Behavior is communication. We look for the need behind the moment — never just the moment itself.

Regulation

Calm is a skill, not a personality trait. You can learn to steady yourself, then steady your child.

Warm Boundaries

Structure creates safety. Kind, firm limits protect your child and honour your own needs too.

Confidence

You're not failing. With reassurance and real tools, you rediscover trust in your own instincts.
